A1. XMODS are 1:28 scale cars, roughly 6-1/2 inches long, 2-1/2 inches wide and 2 inches tall

Q2. How many cars can be raced simultaneously?

A2. Through a combination of starter kit crystals plus the Racing Crystal Set upgrade (sold separately), you can race up to 12 cars simultaneously in the XMODS system.

A3. Yes. We're partnering with top car manufacturers to add new models to our lineup.

Q4. What are the best driving surfaces for XMODS?

A4. XMODS run well on many surfaces, including low-pile carpeting, concrete, smooth asphalt, hardwood, vinyl and tile. We encourage you to experiment on various surfaces with different tires, and see how your car performs.

Q6. How do I adjust my car's center of gravity?

A6. You can adjust weight distribution by shifting position of your car's batteries. Simply unscrew the left and right battery compartments, slide the compartments to the desired position, then replace and tighten the screws.

Q7. Is there a quick way to remove pet hair and dirt from foam tires?

A7. Prepare a strip of masking tape so that it lies on a flat table, sticky side up. Then run the tires of your car over the tape. The tape should remove most of the hair and large dirt particles from the surface of your tires.

Q8. Can I alter suspension springs to "slam" or lower my car?

A8. We don't recommend lowering your XMODS car by altering springs, as ground clearance is already very limited on a stock car. For a "slammed" look, consider installing a body kit that includes side skirts and extended bumpers.
